We discuss the importance the impact of trained healthcare workers can have on a remote community and how to build a true partnership with them. Frank has spent more than 20 years serving the people of Naranjito, a small community in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. Listen to how he evolved the organization from just a few volunteers doing manual labor into an organization that has taken more than 750 volunteers on 50 trips doing good work.
